Veriqus Group raises ₹387 crore, launches integrated wealth platform
Wealthtech platform Veriqus Group has raised ₹387 crore in a funding round led by Norwest Venture Partners.
The company also launched an integrated platform offering wealth management, asset management, and financial advisory services. Veriqus is built for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and families, providing a single platform to manage investments, business assets, real estate, and philanthropy. The company was founded by experienced financial professionals with over 80 years of combined industry experience.
Neo raises around ₹350 crore to expand wealth platform
Neo has raised around ₹350 crore in a new funding round led by its early investor, Peak XV Partners. The fresh investment will help the company strengthen its team, technology, and new business initiatives as it expands its wealth and asset management platform.
Neo said the funding reflects the confidence of its long-term investors and will support its focus on innovation, strong client relationships, and long-term growth.
Kissht enters mutual fund distribution business
Kissht has entered the mutual fund distribution business through its wholly owned subsidiary, Invincible Minds Private Limited. The subsidiary received its AMFI Registration Number (ARN) from the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) on July 14, 2026, allowing it to offer mutual fund distribution services.
Paytm to invest Rs 100 Cr in Paytm Money
Paytm will do additional investment way of subscription, to the equity shares of its wholly ownedsubsidiary, namely Paytm Money Limited by way of a Rights Issue for an amount upto ₹ 100 Crores.
