Nitin Chugh will lead the entire Perfios Group, which includes Clari5, CreditNirvana, and IHX. He will work closely with the leadership team to drive long-term growth and vision.
Meanwhile, the core Perfios business will continue to be led by Sabyasachi Goswami, ensuring continuity as the company scales. The group offers a wide range of solutions across financial services, including intelligent decision-making, real-time fraud detection, digital debt collection, and health insurance claims processing.
Nitin Chugh brings nearly 30 years of experience in the financial sector. He previously served as Deputy Managing Director at State Bank of India, where he led digital transformation initiatives. He has also held leadership roles at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank and HDFC Bank.
