NCDEX Launches Nidhi Mutual Fund Transaction Platform
NCDEX Ltd. has launched NCDEX Nidhi, a new mutual fund transaction platform designed to help more people in rural and semi-urban India start investing. The platform was unveiled at an event in Mumbai, attended by Amarjeet Singh, who was the Chief Guest.
Built for first-time investors and mutual fund distributors, NCDEX Nidhi provides a simple and user-friendly way to invest in mutual funds. It allows users to complete onboarding, invest, track their portfolios, and redeem investments—all through one secure and scalable platform.
5paisa Capital acquired Trendlyne
5paisa approved the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Giskard Datatech Private Limited “Trendlyne” through a combination of cash consideration and a share swap arrangement.
Giskard Datatech Private Limited (Trendlyne) specializes in data-driven technology solutions, including software development, data processing, analytics, and technology infrastructure services. Upon completion of the proposed transaction, the Trendlyne shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
