ASK Investment Managers to acquire SageOne Investment
ASK Investment Managers has agreed to acquire SageOne Investment Managers, an asset management company focused on Portfolio Management Services (PMS).
SageOne manages more than ₹9,000 crore in assets (AUM). Its founder and CIO, Samit Vartak, will reinvest in ASK and join the combined business as Chief Investment Officer – Equities.

MoneyTruVa co founded by Jigish Sonagara. It is a financial content and intelligence platform that aims to connect companies, investors and financial market professionals by making financial information easier to access and understand.

Wealthtech startup Zomint has raised ₹36 Cr in a seed funding round from Lightspeed and Prime Venture Partners. Founded in September 2025 by Aman Mittal and Shavir Bansal, it offers wealth management to working professionals and families. Zomint will use the capital to expand its wealth and investment teams, strengthen its technology platform and build its investor education ecosystem.
